Stephen Maynard "Steve" Clark (born 23 April 1960) was a former guitarist and song-writer of Def Leppard until his untimely passing on 8 January 1991. He was a founding member of Def Leppard, acting as both lead and rhythm guitarist.
Equipment[]
Steve Clark primarily used Gibson guitars while playing with Def Leppard. His most notable guitar was his Custom White Les Paul with a Kahler tremolo and three pickups.
Other guitars include the Gibson Firebird, Gibson double-necked EDS-1275, Hamer Double Cutaway, and Fender Stratocaster.
He used a combination of Marshall amplifiers and Randall amplifiers, along with Morley Preamp, Boss Chorus, and Boss Delay pedals.
